We're Recruiting! Spring 2025
Due to our expansion in Leeds and Wakefield, we are looking for new team members to deliver the national Bikeability programme in local schools. No previous experience of teaching cycling is necessary, but previous experience in sports coaching, working in education, or with age 10 - 12yrs children, is a definite advantage. Being a parent counts!
The work is flexible and generally term-time only. The pay is £12.50 /hr initially, rising to £14.50 /hr after a probationary period. Staff are entitled to travel expenses, paid holiday, pension and sick pay.
Applicants for this role will be subject to DBS checks.
Our next instructor training course is in March 2025 in Leeds.
We are looking to recruit potential instructors who can work in Leeds and Wakefield.
The course is at Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre, Bennett Rd., Headingley, Leeds, LS6 3HN
on:
Monday Mar. 24th - 9am to 5pm
Wednesday Mar. 26th - 9am to 5pm
& Thursday Mar. 27th - 9am to 5pm
These are three days of mostly practical training, with some evening prep to do. The sessions will run from 9am each day and candidates will have to attend all days.
Prior to the course there are a number of online tasks to complete.
The training is free for new staff.
You will initially need to complete an application form.
