Cycle North is dedicated to getting people cycling. In addition to cycle training in schools, we run lessons for adults, and holiday courses for children, at all levels of cycling ability.
We work with Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield, Doncaster, Rotherham and Kirklees councils to provide FREE Bikeability cycle training to schools in these areas.
What an incredible day at Plover School in Doncaster! After taking part in the Mayor’s Walk and Wheel Challenge, Plover won a BikeabilityUK cycling workshop with Olympic cyclist Ed Clancy, the South Yorkshire Active Travel Commissioner, and delivered by Cycle North.
As part of ambitious plans for active travel centred around schools, hundreds of pupils walked, wheeled and cycled to school in July for the Walk and Wheel Challenge.
